Refund policy

Thank you for choosing The Kindred Lily! We strive to provide you with quality products that encourage you in your faith journey. We currently do not accept returns.

However, your satisfaction is important to us! In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team (hello@thekindredlily.com) within 5 days of receiving your package. We will be more than happy to assist you with a replacement for the damaged item.

Please provide us with relevant details and clear images of the damaged product to expedite the replacement process. Our team will work diligently to make sure that you receive a new, undamaged item promptly.

Please take the time to double check that you are ordering the correct size.  We are not responsible for the size you order, and cannot guarantee fit.  Due to the nature of pre-orders, we do not order additional inventory, so shirts will not be able to be exchanged. If you would like to change your shirt size for the next month, please reach out by the 15th of the month prior.
